Yummy Energy Bites

This weekend has been full of treats, so today I thought I would try and make a healthier snack. These yummy energy bites are the perfect treat to enjoy with a cup of tea while watching your favourite tv show.

These were super quick and easy to make, not to mention delicious too! I was inspired by Deliciously Ella but I don’t have a food processor so I made my own version that are easy to make without one.

The ingredients for these delicious bites are one cup of raisins, a cup of oats, a table spoon of cinnamon, one teaspoon of almond butter, half a cup of ground almonds, a cup of honey and one tablespoon of cacao powder.

All you need to do is mix those together and make them into medium sized balls, the honey and almond butter will stick them together nicely. Pop them in the fridge or freezer to cool and then enjoy 🙂
